Normally take around 10-14 days to arrive to  US customers 
Canada: 3-8 weeks
North America: 2-5 weeks
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks

Please remember that in holiday season shipping will be longer!

Returns and exchange details
- All items are carefully personalized with care and examined before delivery therefore we don't usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, if you have an issue with your item, please contact us within 15 days and we will be happy to discuss refund/ exchange with you!
- Customer is response for the return shipping.
